This Limited Edition Thomas Keller set was hand selected by world-renowned chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry (Yountville, CA) and Per Se (New York, NY); the only chef in the US with two Michelin 3-Star restaurants.

The knives in this set have been etched with Thomas' signature and have white, acrylic polymer handles (similar to Corian) to reflect the use of white in the French Laundry kitchen.

Each set comes with:

TK MBK-95 9½" Chef's Knife

TK MKS-105 10½" Slicer

TK BS-90 9" Serrated Bread/Roast Slicer

TK PKF-50 5" Paring Knife

TK PKF-30 3¼" Paring Knife

SR-85 8½" Ceramic Honing Rod

Wood gift box with removable lid for easy in-drawer kitchen storage. Each lid is numbered (out of 500) and has been individually signed by Thomas. The outside of the box has been laser-etched with the French Laundry logo. Each set comes packaged in a blue gift box.
